Mother's Helper/Nanny Needed In West End

We are expecting our third child in May. We need part time help with school pick up, school lunches, folding/putting away laundry, prepping dinner, helping with dishes, sweeping/cleaning up after the kids, etc. Patient, thoughtful care that is consistent, communicative & respectful is a must. Please no authoritarian, threatening, or condescending parenting. (Think REI/Aware/Gentle/Attachment type parenting). In the summer the caregiver has access to a pool, lake/beach, and a playground in our development. Flexibility in your schedule is helpful as we expect we will need more help this summer once the baby arrives. Current hours needed are 3pm-7 p.m. Monday through Friday. *Candidates must be non-smoking, hygienic, drug-free, and able to pass a background/DMV check. Thank you for considering our family!
