I am looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver to assist me with my 15-year-old son, who has autism and challenging behaviors. This is a part-time position on some weekends, either Saturday or Sunday. The role involves providing support to carry out therapy strategies at home and assistance during challenging behaviors. I am seeking someone who can handle physically demanding situations, remain calm and composed under pressure, and be understanding and supportive of my sons needs.
