We have an English Springer Spaniel who is nearly 11 and who loves to be around the kids. She will not cope well being away from or separated from them. Our 2-year-old is a bit of a dare devil who needs supervision. Our 3-year-old can be sensitive at times. . Our ideal caregiver: This person will provide my children with unstructured and structured play time both in and outdoors. She will meet their needs happily and immediately. She will enforce our rules as necessary. She will use timeout as needed. She will read to them daily and keep them from watching television. She will help them practice learning tasks as needed and support their growth. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, a non-smoker, having a reliable car. My schedule may vary.
