Seeking Caregiver For Toddler & Baby

Our family is seeking a full-time, long-term (at least 1 yr) caregiver for our daughters - a 3-month-old and 2 yr old. We're open to adding another toddler. Looking for someone to start in May but we're flexible. We are looking for a caregiver who is nurturing and loves engaging in toddler play and learning, as well as has experience caring for babies. Our toddler is affectionate, curious and can be timid around new people and things. She loves being outside, water and sensory activities, dancing, drawing and reading. We hope a caregiver will create space that is joyful, creative, loving and safe. This would be out of our home. We'd like for the kids to frequently go to activities out of the house (park, library, etc). Some help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep specifically for the kids would be ideal. We have 2 sweet dogs.
