Please note my husband works from home and we both work longer days which we would need someone to commit to working 2 10 hour days per week. The days would be Monday, Friday one week then the next Wednesday, Thursday. This would repeat every 2 weeks as a block schedule for consistency. We're seeking care for our 5-month-old daughter starting 2026. Hoping to find someone who has experience with infants and can provide a safe and fun environment for our daughter Requirements: • Experience caring for infants • CPR and First Aid certification. Able to provide proof. • Non-smoker • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Up-to-date vaccinations (including Tdap and flu preferred) - References from prior families able to given on request. - Clean driving record and background We're looking for someone who can fulfill these requirements : - Provide attentive, loving care for our baby (5-month-old) throughout the day - Follow a consistent feeding, nap, and play schedule. Engage in play during wake windows. Someone who can continue our schedule we have. - Engage baby in age-appropriate activities to support development (reading, tummy time, sensory play, walks, outdoor time). No screen time. Montessori approach a plus. - Prepare bottles and feed solids as appropriate - Maintain a clean and organized play area and nursery - Communicate daily updates about baby’s routine and milestones - Comfortable with pets (two loving cats in our home)
