Hi - My wife and I are having our first baby (a girl) in December. We are older parents (early 40s), work from home (Downtown Bozeman area) and generally laid back people. We are looking for someone to help us Monday - Thursday 9ish to 5ish. We have a lot of flex but generally speaking that is our window. We have a car we can provide to help with the childcare and we have a small dog - English Springer Spaniel. The person we are looking for aligns to a bit of a 'granola' lifestyle - no screens, whole foods, time outside (even in the winter), reading books, library visits, etc. House care is not really needed, beyond just general clean up as the baby makes a mess / eats / etc. Activity planning is important, but ultimately we want to build a relationship of trust with you and do what is right for the baby / is interesting to everyone.
