We are newly expecting parents with our first child. Our ideal childcare nanny would be experienced with infants as well as okay with an odd schedule that works with my husbands fire department schedule and my 8 to 5 schedule. We would require a nanny that is available two days a week on average from about 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
