Recurring Weekly Babysitter For WFH Family

Our daughter F is 9 months old, brilliant, busy, and the love of our lives. We work from home so we've managed to go without childcare until now, but we're finally looking for some help! It is a lot to balance work, self-care, and childcare. We are looking for a babysitter for recurring care, one day per week, either Monday or Wednesday, from about 9am-3 p.m. A sample schedule might look like this: 9am: You arrive. 9:30am: I leave for a workout class / meeting / appointment. You and F play in the playroom. 11am: I come home, nurse F, we all play for a bit. 11:30am: F contact naps in her carrier on me while I work--you help us catch up on bottles or baby laundry in the meantime. 1pm: F wakes up, I hand her off to you, and you both go for a walk in the park while I work some more. 3pm: Time to go home!
