Nanny/Mommy's Helper Needed In Riverside

I am a stay at home mom who is in search of a great nanny/mommy's helper for our toddler who is almost 2, and twins on the way. This job will also include household duties such as laundry, light cleaning, etc. - duties that I would be unable to accomplish on my own with two newborns and a toddler. Looking for someone that our family can trust and feel comfortable around as I will be home as well. The ideal candidate must have proven experience, along with references, and come from a stable healthy home environment. This position would be full-time for at least 3-6 months and then tapering off to part-time. The schedule will be flexible as I usually set the schedule per month based on our family's needs but hours should stay relatively the same until I feel I can handle more on my own.
