We are looking for someone during the day on weekdays for our 5-month-old. 4 or 5 days a week sometimes less. I'm a photographer/model so my schedule varies day to day but typically it will start at 10 a.m. and be done by 4 at the latest.. I guess some would call me a "crunchy" mom. We cloth diaper using pockets but we do have disposables on hand if needed. He also does a mix of baby led weaning along with purees. He's pretty energetic and active for a 5-month-old!
