-Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and thrive -Plan and execute fun-filled and age-appropriate activities -In partnership with parents, instill good manners and a sense of responsibility in children -Help plan and prepare healthy meals for the children (no extensive cooking) -Travel with the family throughout the year (to 2nd home in AZ and other vacations) as a supportive extra set of hands -Occasionally care for the children at home while the parents travel alone -Assist with children's laundry and tidying -Assist with light pet care and various household tasks and projects -Manage household schedule and maintenance, communicating with outside vendors, contractors, and project managers on behalf of the family -Flexible weekly schedule, with collaborative scheduling
