Caregivers should know that we are a very close family. Their current daycare situation is one we are hoping to very quickly get them out of. We feel they are not being as well taken care of as they could be. By experience and more so word of mouth lately. We are young and trying to do the best we can. We are protective of our children and will stop at nothing until they are comfortable. We have very little immediate family in the area so have very little time to spend together. We work full time and are trying to move out of our apartment and into a home in another town. I would like to remove them from their situation as immediately as possible. . Our ideal caregiver: My ideal caregiver is someone who will take care of my children while I work and at the same time actually care about my children in general and not worry about what they are getting paid. One on one time with the kids. Activities and communication! Focused and aware or common sense. Additional needs include a non-smoker, having a reliable car. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
