About the job
No specific care required, but the kids are not accustomed to caretakers outside of family or daycare, so may be nervous with a new babysitter. They will struggle to sleep with other people most likely, but it's not a big deal if they don't - we'll put them in bed if still up when we get home. We do limit screen time to 1 hour per day, and don't give sweets until after dinner.
