About the job
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced caregiver who has worked with teens with autism or developmental disabilities. The caregiver will support her after school by ensuring her safety, helping regulate her emotions, supervising routines, and providing meaningful interaction while respecting her communication style and personal boundaries.
