Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education - Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom - Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience in curriculum development for young children - Ability to provide childcare in a nurturing and supportive manner - Proficiency in math concepts for early childhood education - Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs - Experience in tutoring or working with children one-on-one - Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
