Part-time Household Manager/Nanny (10-20 Hr/wk)

We're a Minneapolis family seeking a warm, proactive, reliable Household Manager/Nanny for our boys (2. 5 & 5). Pay $24-32/hr DOE. 10-20 hr/week. Open to splitting roles: housekeeping only or childcare only applicants welcome. Main needs: Daycare pickup at 3:30 p.m. (M-F) and care until 5:30-7:30 p.m. (varies by day), plus optional flexible hours (6 a. m-8 p.m. , weekends included). Fun, structured activities encouraged: arts/crafts, sensory play, outdoor play, games, and occasional outings (any extra talents welcome). Household: meal prep (optional), laundry, changing sheets, tidying, organizing, and optional deep cleaning. Minimal pet care: we have 2 dogs. Walking not required but optional. Comfort around dogs who love attention. Bonus (not required): help on preschool non-school days/holidays. Message me if interested.
