We want to find a high-energy and responsible companion to keep our daughter safe, entertained, and active while we work in the mornings. Care will take place in our home or immediate neighborhood while both parents work in the house. The ideal candidate will: - Demonstrate knowledge of preschool readiness - Have familiarity with potty training - Be willing to receive a COVID vaccination at the earliest availability - Have a playful, high-energy temperament - Provide character references - Model a love of learning demonstrated by a strong record of academic achievement Special consideration will be given to candidates who: - Are skilled with emotion coaching and model a growth mindset - Have experience with bilingual education - Speak Spanish - Can teach introductory, age-appropriate lessons in art, dance, sports, music, yoga, etc.
