We're looking for a warm, patient, and dependable long-term nanny for our 10-month-old son. Someone who values communication, honesty, and gentle structure. A caregiver who engages in intentional, screen-free play, supports developmental milestones, and creates a nurturing, joyful environment. Must feel comfortable with a parent working from home, provide one-on-one care, and handle light baby-related tidying and meal prep. Reliability, transparency, and genuine care are essential. CPR certified preferred.
