We are seeking a warm, patient, and dependable nanny to care for our 3-year-old son. He is bright, curious, and resilient, with a medical history that has led to developmental delays (including sensory needs and some mobility challenges). He is making wonderful progress, and we are looking for someone who can help support his growth, confidence, and independence. Qualifications Required: -Experience with children ages 24 -A calm, nurturing approach and genuine love of working with young children Strongly Preferred: -Experience with developmental delays, sensory needs, or special needs caregiving -Background in early childhood education, child development, occupational therapy support, ABA (non-clinical), or preschool education -Knowledge of positive behavior strategies, emotional coaching
