Permanent Babysitter Needed For 2 Boys

Looking for a permanent babysitter to come to our home and watch our 3-year-old and 1-year-old boys. I work a swing shift, so one week we need Monday, Tuesday and Friday the next week we need Wednesday and Thursday (alternating every other week). This would be approximately 40 hours every two week. The ideal person must be trustworthy, active, excellent at multitasking, very patient, love the outdoors, easy going and creative. Must have your own reliable transportation and references available. Pay is negotiable and additional hours can be available.
