Hello, We have a 5-year-old starting kindergarten this year. We have a 7-month-old who is currently in daycare. We have issues with them keeping him on a schedule. Me and my wife work 60-80 hours a week. I also travel for business and we are looking to see if its feasible to keep him home with a good nanny that can also help when I'm out of town. We have two small dogs and two birds.
