About the job
Seeking a kind, grounded, and funny nanny for my 5-year-old kid (turns 6 in February). He's bright, curious, mildly autistic (mostly communication delays and not understanding social cues), and loves trains, coloring, dancing, building, anything with a ball, and music. Hours: weekdays 4-7 p.m. and weekends 4-8 hrs (flexible and not every weekend is needed). You'd help with snacks/dinner, light homework, creative or outdoor play, and light clean-up. Our home is neurodivergent- and queer-affirming. We value humor, patience, and connection over correction. Bonus points if you can dance in the living room, build an epic block tower, and are cool with trains.
