Nanny/Occasional Sitter Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a long term nanny or an occasional sitter for two 4-year-old boys. We are looking for coverage for: - Regular weekly care (nanny). - Date nights - Overnights - Trips that include the nanny We are currently scheduling appointments for them, and the care schedule may change based on these appointments. Which may mean starting as an occasional sitter and then transitioning to a more consistent nanny role. Experience with children who are developmentally delayed is a plus. Being familiar with redirection and engagement strategies. They are potty trained, curious, kind, and love to be active. They are highly talkative and intelligent. We will provide activities and materials, meals, and expenses when on trips.
