My husband Kevin and I have a soon to be 3-month-old. We both work and have hired a family friend as our primary at home nanny (Monday - Wednesday). We are looking for a back up child care provider as an on call person we can reach out to in case we are in need. We are looking for someone who would be comfortable with an infant age and have a track record for reliable child care services. When we welcome someone into our child life we are really welcoming them in to our family so we hope to find someone amazing to join our sons "village" of support. My husband and I both work and are looking for a great long term childcare professional able to support around both of our schedules but are open to temporary support also.
