Hello! Were a family in Ada, Michigan looking for a caring, reliable full time nanny to join our family long term. The position will begin in mid January, caring for our energetic 2. 5-year-old daughter. Our new baby arrives in early February, and at that point the role will shift to supporting both children, though much of your time early on will be spent with our older child. After parental leave, which is 8 weeks for dad and 4 months for mom, care will include both children full time. Our daughter is active, curious, and loves to play, so were looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, spending time outdoors, and creating fun learning moments. Shell start preschool next fall, so the focus will later transition primarily to our youngest. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 pm, with an occasional 8:30 a.m. start. If
