We are a West End family looking for care for our 3-month-old daughter as mom returns to work. We are hoping to hire someone with experience bottle feeding and caring for infants. I am returning to work after maternity leave and my job is currently requiring telework. For now, I will be working from home, but this could change. While at home, I will likely need a nanny's assistance for 8 hours a day from around 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Because I will be home, I would like to spend as much time with my daughter as possible so long as it doesn't interfere with work. You will be compensated for the time I am caring for my daughter and you will care for her when I am unable to. My husband works and He will be home during the day sometimes, too.
