Long Term Full-time Nanny For Our 2 Sweet Kids!

I'm looking for an experienced nanny for 2 children. The location would be in New market, Md at our home. Special needs experience is a plus. Our 4-year-old son has a sensory processing order. We think a daycare setting is too overwhelming for him and we are looking for an individual that is patient and understanding with kids that have special needs. My husband and I both work an hour away so communication is key for us. Some light housekeeping is required and during the school year we would like someone to pickup and drop-off our daughter to school. Responsibilities would include meal prep and if distance learning is required at home, assisting with that is a must. My kids are very energetic so we are looking for someone that will take the initiative in planning learning activities, crafts, trips to the park etc. Thank you!
