We are very fun loving and our daughter loves to laugh and be silly. However we do need someone VERY reliable. If you can not commit to being here ON TIME every time this may not be the job for you. We don't want to seem uptight but we both have jobs (and bosses!) that just don't allow for wiggle room. We will also do all we can to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Our ideal caregiver: I have a very energetic but very sweet two and a half year old little girl. I am a nurse and my husband is a mechanic and carpenter for a yacht repair company. We are both heading back to work but our day care center is not reopening. We can pay $250-300/week for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to come to our home around 6:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m. and stay with our daughter until one of us gets home (usually between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. depending on traffic). We do have cats and one dog. He would need to be walked throughout the day. We would expect that you interact with our daughter, read, and play educational games and activities but when she takes a nap feel free to watch tv or do homework or veg out. There are lots of walking trails and parks and we are across the street from a library so you wouldn't have to stay inside all day. Additional needs include light housekeeping, meal prep, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my 2-year-old daughter. My schedule may vary.
