PART-TIME, LONG-TERM Nanny Needed For Toddler In Bethesda

Seeking a PART-TIME experienced Nanny to care for a 16-month toddler (20-hr max, 9A-3P, flexible on days). You must be punctual, effective communicator, a non-smoker, be willing to drive, comfortable around a large dog, and up to date on vaccinations as I am immunocompromised. Nanny is willing to do Montessori-based play time, read books, keen to do outdoor activities on good weather days, & proactive to remain enriched during rainy days. Should also be keen on completing light housekeeping (toy rotation, laundry, & meal prep) during nap time. This role is expected to expand to a full-time position over the next few years as my family grows (currently pregnant with our 2nd baby in April).
