Nanny For 2 Kids Until Fall 2021

We are a secular, inclusive family looking for a fun, friendly, energetic, responsible sitter/nanny to keep our 2 kids safe, quiet and engaged in our home for 4 hours a day, doing meal prep and schoolwork with them and cleaning while my wife and I work from home. Ideally the person would love the outdoors and exercise since the kids need to be outdoors exercising every single day. The person would also be crafty and interested in kid's learning since we homeschool and she would be expected to deliver, monitor and teach the materials we provide, showing initiative in organic learning activities such as cooking and nature. As we became more comfortable, we would add field trips too.
