Kind, Responsible Nanny

About the job

Hello! We're a family of six living on a farm in Central Massachusetts. In addition to our four children we have chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, a Great Pyrenees and a cat. Our children love spending lots of time outdoors - working on the farm, building forts, you name it. They also love reading and being read too. We jokingly refer to them as our Hobbits because of their love of food. Our ideal sitter/nanny would be someone who encourages their imaginations and gives them the space to explore and discover. We would also need help with the basic household stuff - meal prep, folding laundry, vacuuming, that sort of thing. Our jobs allow us to work from home a lot of the time, so we are generally around but sometimes need that kid-free time to do phone calls, work on the computer uninterrupted, etc.
