Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Sunderland

I am looking for a reliable and experienced babysitter with flexible availability. I am not able to create a regular schedule but will need someone sporadically and sometimes last-minute (probably averaging once per week). The most likely days will be Saturdays early/late evenings, Sundays during the day, Mon/Tues/Wed early evenings, and weekdays during school breaks. My 5-year-old is usually quite charming and agreeable with teachers/caregivers but has some behavioral issues at home that I am getting support with. I am looking for a babysitter who is willing to follow my parenting approach during your time with him so that he maintains a consistent routine of expectations. I need someone with reliable transportation who can watch him in your own home or at another location if needed. Pay rate negotiable.
