We're a warm, loving family in Needham with three kids (ages 18, 15, and 11). Two of our children have special needs our daughter has cerebral palsy, and our son has a genetic epilepsy that requires full-time care (feeding, support, etc.). Our youngest is a bright, fun 11-year-old who loves sports and laughter. We have a wonderful long-term nanny who's part of our family, but she's attending school part-time, so were looking to add another caring, capable person to help cover hours during her class days and occasionally in the evenings or weekends. We value people who bring positive energy, maturity, and initiative someone who can both connect with our kids and work well as part of a small team of caregivers. Childcare is an important job. It is rewarding but often hard work. We think that the right person merits great compensation.
