Location: Milton, MA Schedule: Mon: 10am-6pm, Tue: 7am-6pm, Wed: 7am-2:30pm, Thu: 10am-12:30pm, Fri: 7am-6 p.m. Can offer additional hours on Wed/Thu if 45 hours per week is preferred. Children: 17 months, 4 and 7 years old Duties: Responsibilities include full childcare, planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, driving to and from school and extracurriculars, and assisting with daily routines. Additional duties include preparing healthy meals and snacks, keeping children's areas organized, managing laundry and clothing rotation, and ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment. The role also includes light household support such as grocery shopping, running errands, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and maintaining general tidiness in shared family spaces. Family has a cleaning service. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional childcare experience and be a calm, patient, reliable long-term partner who genuinely enjoys working with children. They should understand the different needs of toddlers and school-aged kids, meet each child at their level, and foster independence and confidence through a respectful, nurturing approach. The family is seeking a professional who arrives prepared, communicates openly, is comfortable partnering with busy parents, and can care for the children when they're sick. Reliability and punctuality are essential, and candidates must be fully vaccinated. Bilingual Spanish/English or French/English is a plus. Pets: None Driving/Parking: Car will be provided - must have a reliable car to get to/from home Travel: Occasional travel and overnights are required Compensation: $35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend is negotiable.
