Energetic Babysitter/mother's Helper In The New Year With Increased Opportunity Going Forward

We are in search of a part time babysitter/mother’s helper on Tues, Thurs and Fri morning 9-12. Initially in Jan we are just looking for someone to get to know our 2-year-old as mom winds down from her work at home and prepares for maternity leave on 2/5. Once the baby comes in early Feb we will still need help with our 2-year-old 2-3 mornings a week/2 hours a day (similar hours 9:30-11:30). Ideally we would love for our son to be comfortable with you before the transition into becoming a big brother so that mom and dad can bond with the baby and big brother can feel comfortable and cared for too! We would love for this person to be able to shift and grow with our family in the coming year as well and therefore experience with all ages newborn-6 yo is preferred.
