Childcare needs during this time would vary. This is our first time using an outside babysitter, so I am very anxious. Our smart, full of energy daughter has outgrown her old daycare and needs more personalized attention. Our ideal caregiver: My ideal caregiver is all of the above listed here. I'm looking for a reliable, experienced sitter for a few days during Christmas vacation when school is closed, that can keep up and play with my 6-year-old daughter, as well as do snacks & lunch. There are both half days and full days needed for childcare during this time and our schedule would vary. I would need to meet this person a few times before agreeing to let them take care of my daughter. Additional needs include meal prep, having a reliable car and a non-smoker.
