Details: Location: Our home on Harvard Business School Campus Start Date: End of January (Baby Girl is due to arrive mid-January) Hours: 4 hours per day (exact schedule TBD; some flexibility) Setting: Care in our home while older child is at daycare Ideal Qualifications: - Previous experience caring for newborns/young infants (nannying, daycare, or similar) - Comfortable with dogs (We have two friendly, loving golden retrievers, Daisy and Brie!) - Two or more recent references from families - Up-to-date on flu vaccination - Trained in infant CPR/First Aid (or willing to get certified) - Reliable, punctual, and good communicator - Non-smoker - Comfortable following our feeding and sleep preferences and routines
