In-Home Childcare & Light Support Assistant

Schedule: Part-time, flexible | Occasional travel | Some weekends & overnight This role supports a small household that includes: • My1-year-old son • My father, who is recovering from a stroke. He uses a wheelchair for longer distances but can walk short distances with supervision. Toddler Care (Primary Role) • Routine care: diapering, feeding, naps, and play • Prepare simple snacks or meals • Maintain a clean, safe environment Light Support for My Dad • Supervise him when he gets up to walk • Transportation to therapy and doctor appointments (typically between 7 AM-11 AM, as needed) • Retrieve items he cannot reach • No medical, lifting, or personal care tasks required I also travel frequently, so there may be opportunities for: • Traveling with me as a sitter, or • Staying overnight at the home with both my dad and my son when I'm away.
