Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Louisville

I'm looking for a babysitter for 3 boys ages 2, 7 and 11. Often care would be for just the youngest or the two youngest children. We do also have 2 dogs. Our boys are very active and independent and prefer outdoor time. We would like to find someone to start as soon as April 14th. We are looking for someone with some flexibility in their schedule. I work full-time and I also work part-time helping my husband with his full-time food truck business and our kids play on multiple sports teams. Our schedule can get crazy and can vary week to week. We do know about any childcare needs several weeks in advance and we expect needing someone 2-3 times per week. Weeknight care would generally be late afternoon-9 p.m. at the latest. Weekends could vary. No late nights. We would also consider hiring for additional hours for housekeeping if desired.
