We have a 2 and a half year old daughter who will be attending preschool a half day starting in April. I am expecting and am due at the very end of May. No animals or smoking. Our 2and a half year old was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder however is on the mild side. She is social, loves interaction, is speech delayed but catching on just needs daily practice of word usage. Believe it or not She's very easy to watch and hardly gets into anything she shouldn't that most kids do. Because of her speech delay talking to her throughout the day is a must. Cognitively she's intact! Once baby is here I will need help with her as well. So handling a baby with a (by then) 3-year-old is necessary. I am considering passes for the zoo/aquarium/pool along with agreed upon base pay or hourly. Hours may be 30 min less a day (530 instead of 6). Our ideal caregiver: Attentive, willing to work on interactive skills; communicating, playing. Prepares lunch, breakfast and listens for needs. Willing to develop a living close relationship.. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, light housekeeping, meal prep, having a reliable car and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my 2-year-old daughter. Looking for care Mondays (9-6pm), Thursdays (9-6pm), and Fridays (9-6pm). Flexible start date.
