Toddler Nanny- 2yo - Salary/Long Term Potential

My daughter Z is almost 2. She is very talkative, independent, & energetic. I am exploring the idea of having someone come into our home to care for her while I work full-time at the Center. My schedule is set, but could vary slightly, occasionally. Care would not be needed for Federal Holidays. Ideally, I'd pay a salary, 2x a month, & it would be a 3 year opportunity. I'm looking for someone who could become a part of our family. Needs to be reliable & willing to work with her academically. Job would require you to make snacks & lunch but I'd provide everything you need. We practice positive parenting so patience & communication are a must. We also have 2 cats.
