We are expecting our first child at the beginning of March 2020. We will need in-home childcare during the day starting in late May/early June with a flexible start date. Both of us are professors and work full-time, but have flexible schedules, especially in the summer. We would like to start with 3 days per week and work up to 5 days per week. By mid-August, we will need childcare every weekday, full-time. Our ideal caregiver: Willing to give lots of tummy time and engage in developmentally appropriate play. Would need to be flexible to be off (unpaid) during pre-scheduled travel. Additional needs include having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets (one small dog), and a non-smoker.
