Hi! We're a family of three looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 1-year-old. We're hoping to find someone who loves this age, is confident with toddlers who are on the move, and can help provide a safe, calm, playful day for him. What Were Looking For: - Experience with infants/toddlers - Familiarity with or openness to BLW (baby-led weaning) - Comfort maintaining a no-screen environment during the day - Someone patient, attentive, and engaged - CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified - Comfortable following a simple daily routine (meals, play, nap) Responsibilities - Playtime, reading, outdoor walks - Supervising and cleaning up BLW-style meals (we handle prep) - Diapers, basic tidying after meals/play - Maintaining a consistent nap routine
