Seeking Long-term Nanny For Newborn In Grayslake

I'm looking for a nanny for 1 child female 1YO, and may need to support a 3-year-old boy as needed (if COVID closes his school or if child needs to stay home due to illness). Some light housekeeping (like loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping down kitchen counters, using vacuum for kitchen floors) is required. We ask that you handle pickups/drop-offs as needed to local educational programs (like library events, music/art class, or gymnastics). We'll need some laundry help on a weekly basis. Light meal preparation for the child's lunch and snacks will also be required. I am looking for someone to use baby sign language and help implement other educational/milestone appropriate activities. Must have working in-house nanny experience with children under the age of 4. We aren't interested in other children being present during work.
