Looking For An Amazing Nanny!

We have a 1 yr old boy. Looking for someone who has experience taking care of a toddler and that genuinely enjoys it. We have two other boys, a 7 yr old and 3 yr old. Both are in school until 3:30 and get dropped off. So there would be an hour where you may watch 2 to 3 of them or when they’re off of school. I will be working from home 2-3 days a week. In the beginning we will need someone two days a week. We are looking for someone who is reliable, great with kids, a good communicator, CPR certified, creative, and warm. Morning includes feeding baby, playing, reading, and napping. I would love it if we can incorporate development when watching the 1-year-old such as reviewing the alphabet, motor skills, etc. Afternoons include lunch, rest time and meeting our 7-yr old at the bus stop.
