We would like someone with experience with newborns. Someone who is highly trained/certified in CPR & infant care. The ideal day is childcare/support watching our newborn during working hours from 8 am-5 pm, 3 days a week, when work is busy with meetings, so both remote working parents can focus on meetings & projects, and then once a week, they would babysit 2-3 hours on a Friday or Saturday now & again so parents can have a date night. The caregiver is responsible, has a clean record, is punctual, reliable, loyal, has strong reviews, & follows the guidelines of the parents. They entertain and change the baby as needed & are proactive & problem-solve when the parents are busy working. We don't have family nearby, so we need someone who can provide reliable childcare as we both work full-time remote/hybrid jobs.
