ROTA/Travel Nanny - Atlanta, GA Compensation: $115-125k. Competitive comp is negotiable and based on experience. Position includes paid time off and holidays, sick/personal days, health insurance stipend. Start Date: Can hire immediately but flexible to the nanny's availability. The family are looking for a long-term commitment. Schedule: This rotational position will be 1 week on / 1 week off and requires flexibility for both domestic and international travel. Nanny will live-in when on shift and live-out when off shift. A fully staffed, UHNW household is seeking an experienced and professional nanny for a 1-week-on/1-week-off rotational schedule. The position is live-in during on-duty weeks and requires full 24-hour availability. This role demands complete flexibility, as both domestic and international travel are required, often with little notice. The ideal candidate has experience working in high-net-worth households with complex schedules and multiple moving parts. While previous ROTA experience is not required, familiarity with fully staffed environments and previous travel experience is essential. The nanny must be confident in full-charge care, especially with toddlers, and possess a solid understanding of childhood developmental milestones. She should be a team player, able to work seamlessly alongside a rotating team of nannies and other household staff. This role requires someone who is low-maintenance, drama-free, takes direction well, and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. The family is looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about childcare, takes pride in their career, and is open to learning the estate's systems and expectations. Strong swimming skills are also required.
