Looking for a warm, fun nanny for our two boys (ages 4 & 6) We need someone who can make our home feel peaceful and happy after school. The boys come home tired and just need to decompress with someone who gets it. What afternoons look like: Snack ready when they arrive, then easing into crafts or music. By 4:30, they're recharged and ready to get wild--trampoline, chase, being silly. They love both active play and creative stuff! If you can help get the kids involved in meal prep starting 5. 30, that would be absolutely amazing. What we're hoping for: You're naturally calm and kind. The boys bicker sometimes over toys and little things--we need help guiding them through those moments while keeping things positive. You're patient but can set boundaries when needed, and you genuinely enjoy both crafty afternoons and crazy active play!
