Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Winter Springs

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying. My daughter is 12yrs old, has hearing loss so please consider this as well. She wears hearing aids but is very comfortable with them. She is a happy kid, but because her mother is not very present in their lives would love someone to help her with "girl things" like hair strategies and things like that. My son is 13yrs old, and loves drawing, gaming, basketball, and technology. He could use some help coming up with routines and strategies to be successful in high school and college. Homework help, and tutoring on topics they are struggling with is critical. It's just us 3 (and our puppy) so things can get a bit messy around the house so light housework could help us a lot as well.
