I need someone I can trust, respects privacy, matches well with my child, who loves kids, and has their own transportation. Although my child is young, I'd like the person to continue with us until he's in high school, so being able to help with homework is a plus. Ability to speak another language, particularly Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus. Most days may consist of pickup/drop-off, light housekeeping, meal prep and cooking, putting groceries away, homework, playtime, bath time, and laundry. Currently, we don't have pets, but may in the future. The schedule will vary, but the routine should stay the same. Verifying the right fit will be required. Most days will require morning, then evening times. At times, full day, overnight care may be required.
